Paula Cook, a woman from North Carolina is alleging that Fantasia Barrino had an affair with her husband. Paula said that Antwaun Cook (her husband) and Fantasia made a sex tape in the process of having the affair. Paula filed court documents against her husband, Antwaun Cook for child support and the affair was named in that document.

Fantasia Barrino, she was the "American Idol" winner and now starring in "The Color Purple" on Broadway, used some down time Thursday at New York's Unimax, a tattoo- and piercing-supply company where she had the jewelry in her clitoral piercing changed. She tipped $10 for the free service and was very friendly to staff, our spy reports.

Paula has proof of her husband's affair in the form of a sex tape he allegedly made with Fantasia. The complaint reads: "Throughout the course of their adulterous affair ... Defendant/Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit activity." The document also claims that Fantasia read Paula her rights during one phone call. Fantasia apparently said to her: "He don’t want you. Maybe the next time that you get a husband you'll know how to keep him. That's why he is here with me."
